Valley of the Kings, Egypt

'KV', 'King Valley' or 'Valley of the Kings' – this place has many names but it's famously known as the place where the chamber of King Tutankhamun was discovered. Located not far from Luxor, 6 tombs are suggested as accessible – we headed out to take a look.

Whangerai, New Zealand

Towards the top of New Zealand's North Island sits Whangarei. It's a quiet and welcoming place offering experiences in nature, a glimpse into its past and a view into its cultural aspirations.
